A passionate community member and longtime resident of Moraga, Bill puts his time and energy where his mouth is. From actively serving on the board of the Chamber of Commerce to enthusiastically running the dunk tank at the Moraga Community Faire, Bill never turns down an opportunity to participate in the improvement of his town.
